GOD & "miracles"

We do not need "miracles" to believe in GOD. Almost all religions talk about "miracles" of GOD. The whole universe, all species, nature, even our body are the miracles of GOD. GOD doesn't feed anyone or give money directly or help people to do impossible things – it is called blind belief. It is utter stupidity. Don’t mistake me; I am not an atheist, but a very strong believer in Almighty (God, Ishwar Allah, etc.). In simple terms, GOD is not someone who has to prove his existence or show superiority or be happy with praising. Understand GOD (it is just a word in English to denote the Supreme Power, The Creator) properly.  Let us try to understand who or what is GOD. This short & simple interpretation may or may not be accepted by the vast majority of believers. GOD is always only ONE, there cannot be many ‘Gods’. When we talk about ‘Gods’; the basic concept of GOD is lost. GOD is OMNIPOTENT (does not need help of anyone or anything to create the Universe); OMNIPRESENT (not stuck inside some place of worship & does not have to travel from one place to another); OMNISCIENT (capable of doing all things, except doing bad or evil things, as it is against characteristics of GOD); MERCIFUL (The universe itself & all creations are examples of mercy of GOD); JUST (giving the right & justified results of all actions by everyone, including humans – does not pardon sins); and so on. We can spend whole lifetime describing qualities and characteristics of GOD and wonder about them.
Best recommended course of action for humans, according to VEDAS (the most ancient books of knowledge); is to be thankful for our human form (with much higher intelligence & consciousness than other species, which makes us thinking animals), be thankful for this beautiful nature to live with all the resources; try to be & do good for self, family, society, country and world in total. We need to pray God, in three stages.

1.       STHUTI – praising qualities of God, which make us pleasant & shall have devotion;

2.       PRARTHANA – ask for the things for the things we don’t have, so that we realize our short comings & limitations, to crush our ego; (never ask for bad things to happen for others, which is not prayer & will never be answered).

3.       UPASANA – last but not least, the realization of qualities of GOD by which we try to improvise ourselves to that level.
The purpose of all the prayers is to purify us physically, emotionally & intellectually in order make us better human beings. Please do remember one thing; it is for our benefit prayers are done, not for the sake of GOD.
Those who do not want to believe in a Supreme Power or Creator or God, think this way, GOD – Goodness Obviously Done.
May God bless all! GOD is blessing you, whether you believe or not!

As VEDA says “KRUNVANTHO VISHWAMARYAM” – May this whole world be full of noble (good) people; “MANUR BHAVA JANAYA DAIVAM JANAM” – Be human, create generations of the divine ones. “VASUDHIVA KUDUMBAKAM” – May the whole world be one family.
